Job summary

NSW Health seeks a Personal Assistant to the Research Operations Manager (AO5) for 24 hours per week at Malabar. This temporary part-time role supports the Research Unit with advanced secretarial and administrative duties, coordinating meetings and maintaining action trackers for committees.

The position offers pro-rata remuneration around $82,337.78–$84,205.25 per year + super, with the security of a defined term up to September 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal assistant and administrative support roles.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, prepare papers and minutes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistant support to the Research Operations Manager.
• Deliver advanced level secretarial and administrative support to the Research Unit team.
• Prepare meeting agendas, papers, take minutes and manage action trackers for committees.
