Job summary

Everbridge is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Australia. You will oversee end-to-end deployment of Everbridge solutions, coordinating from initiation through completion while ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

You’ll lead governance, manage budgets, gather requirements, and communicate progress to senior leadership. Flexibility to collaborate with teams in Europe, Asia, and the US and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science or related is a plus.
• Extensive customer-facing experience is required.
• Significant experience managing large, technical, cross-functional projects.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred; working in a matrix environment is important.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of a project life cycle, including governance plans, schedules, goals, milestones and budgets.
• Own project budget and timeline, manage issues, risks, decisions and overall success.
• Lead requirements gathering and obtain sign-off on deliverables such as design docs and test plans.
• Maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders; monitor performance against goals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular status reports.
