Job summary

EBR Ever Better Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a rapidly expanding telecommunications client. Based in Australia, the role will involve leading a ground-breaking team to deliver user-friendly mobile experiences and disrupt the telco industry.

You will plan and execute cross-functional projects, track performance, and develop training plans to boost customer satisfaction while improving internal efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, logistics or e-commerce
• 5+ years in a management role
• Fluency in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to facilitate the successful launch of operations in Australia
• Track performance, set goals and develop training plans for the Operations team to deliver high-quality customer support
• Work directly with the General Manager to improve internal efficiency
• Execute delivery processes and analyses in a fast-paced environment
• Make evaluations to ensure best practices are shared within the company
• Develop strategic relationships with vendors to minimize operations gaps
