Job summary

Everbridge Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead deployments of critical communications solutions.

You will manage all phases from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and within budget, while coordinating with global teams and supporting senior leadership with status updates. The role requires extensive customer-facing experience, strong governance and sign-off discipline, and the ability to travel for training with teams in Europe, Asia, and the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS or related field.
• Extensive experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience deploying systems in International Telco or Government domain.
• Proven experience managing large, technical projects.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of a project life cycle to ensure successful delivery, including governance, schedules, goals, milestones and budgets.
• Own budget and timeline, manage issues, risks, decisions and overall success.
• Lead requirements gathering and secure sign-off on deliverables including design docs and test plans.
• Understand operating styles and adapt for effective team/client relationships and dynamics.
• Support governance model provided by the customer.
• Track performance and ensure completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budget objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships; perform risk management.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors and maintain project documentation.
• Engage with clients to capture detailed briefs and requirements; travel for training as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs and implement action plans for improvement.
• Escalate critical issues and serve as customer advocate internally.
