You’ll work with an established delivery team, receive mentoring, and access on-the-job training and courses to build qualification. This role requires Australian citizenship and AGSVA clearance eligibility, with a clear path to larger, higher-value projects.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical foundation with a commercial mindset.
• Experience coordinating electrical/communications projects.
• Understanding of quoting, estimating and project costs.

Responsibilities

• Managing smaller electrical and communications projects from planning through completion.
• Preparing and supporting project quotes and estimates.
• Developing understanding of budgets, costs and financial performance.
• Coordinating electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement, scheduling and project planning.
• Building relationships with clients across industries.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting.
• Ensuring safety and alignment with client requirements.
• Gradually taking ownership of larger, more complex projects.
