Jobgether is seeking a People Operations Lead based in Australia to oversee day-to-day HR operations for a globally distributed team. You will partner with Recruitment, IT, and Finance to manage onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations in a remote-first tech environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, discretion, and a cross-border mindset, with focus on scalable HR systems and processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in HR or People Operations within a fast-paced, globally distributed organization.
• Experience with HRIS tools (Rippling) and multi-country payroll.
• Experience managing an Employer of Record workforce (Deel).
• Knowledge of Australian employment requirements; US/UK exposure is a plus.
• Proactive approach to using AI and automation to improve workflows.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with Recruitment and IT.
• Administer Rippling as the HRIS and maintain accurate records.
• Manage the global EOR workforce through Deel.
• Support employees across US, UK, and Australia with contracts and leave.
• Coordinate benefits and payroll with Finance.
• Handle sensitive employee relations and investigations.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies and questions.
• Document and improve HR policies and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/automation to scale operations.
