Qualifications

• At least five years hands-on payroll, workforce planning, HR policy implementation, or employee lifecycle operations.
• Experience in developing, applying, or evaluating structured HR procedures and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex information and apply consistent standards.
• Comfort working across spreadsheets, policy documents, and employment agreements.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic HR tasks and multi-step assignments covering payroll operations, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Establish objective evaluation criteria with structured rubrics for consistent assessments.
• Assess professional judgment by designing tasks that require interpretation and analysis of HR information.
• Prepare supporting documentation including HR policies, payroll reports, headcount data, and employment agreements.
• Ensure task quality by flagging ambiguity and ensuring tasks are clearly defined and measurable.
• Meet project deadlines by delivering assignments on time and per quality standards.
