Job summary

ROLLER is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong payments background to own our Financial Services product area. You will turn big ideas into solutions that help merchants sell, serve guests, market, and manage their businesses, reporting to the Head of Product.

You will dive into customer problems, leveraging data to shape strategies, and lead a cross-functional team to implement payments integrations globally.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years as a Product Manager in a fast-growing software company.
• Strong payments background across fintech, banking, or SaaS with embedded payments.
• Self-starter with bias for action, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering impact.
• Excellent communicator with strong ability to align stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for payments and financial services products, including integrations with third-party providers.
• Lead a cross-functional team to launch, iterate, and scale solutions globally.
• Craft clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and operations teams.
• Be the go-to product owner, ensuring alignment with Payments Operations and executives.
