Job summary

Preacta Recruitment presents an exceptional opportunity to join a growing Australian fintech as Head of Product for Card Issuing & Global Payment. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation, driving a rapid scale across schemes, partners and markets.

You'll partner closely with Engineering, Legal, Risk and the executive team, shape go-to-market plans, and expand the product beyond Australia, delivering measurable growth and market impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with card schemes and payments, issuing preferred.
• Data-driven prioritisation, roadmap and strategy ownership.
• Experience taking a product to market across more than one region.

Own the product behind a new payments and card issuing platform.
Our client is a growing Australian fintech with a global footprint. They’ve recently launched a new payments and issuing product, and the next step is scaling it across schemes, partners and markets. It’s a strategic product with strong backing from the board and exec team.

You’ll set the direction, own the roadmap and prioritisation, and turn a young product into a real growth engine.

What you’ll do

• Own strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for the payments and issuing product
• Build business cases backed by data, customer insight and commercial modelling
• Navigate scheme, regulatory and compliance trade-offs to make smart calls
• Lead go-to-market planning for new schemes, partners and markets
• Work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Legal, Risk and the exec team
• Shape how the product expands beyond Australia
