Xero is seeking a Product Marketing professional to shape and grow global Payments products, including bill and invoice payments. You will work with Product and GTM teams to craft customer value, positioning and evidence-backed claims, supporting launches and adoption globally.

The role focuses on understanding markets, sizing opportunities and partnering with regional teams to deliver differentiated value for small businesses and advisers. Hybrid work in Melbourne is offered.

Competenze

• Strong product marketing experience, or experience in lifecycle, growth or customer marketing (preferably within a SaaS organisation).
• Ability to translate customer needs into product value, messaging and go-to-market plans.
• Experience working with Product, GTM and regional teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
