ROLLER in Sydney seeks a Finance Operations Lead to partner with the Chief Product Officer and VP of Engineering, ensuring the Product department runs efficiently with strong governance and cadence. You’ll drive cross‑functional coordination, planning, and communications to support product delivery.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in program/project management, change management, and ERP systems (SAP/S4HANA).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in taking products to market across startups or tech environments.
• Experience in Events, Program, or Project Management.
• Organizational Change Management & Communications excellence.

Responsibilities

• Guide Department Operations from planning to execution.
• Coordinate cadence, governance, and annual/quarterly planning.
