Toll Group is seeking an Ocean Freight Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the primary day‑to‑day interface between Toll Global Forwarding and customers, ensuring professional service delivery and meeting KPIs while supporting profitability and compliance.

• Experience in global freight forwarding operations or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and vendors.
• Structured, methodical approach with good planning and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritise resources and workloads to meet client expectations and schedules.
• Experience maintaining reporting systems to track shipment status and volumes.
• Results‑driven, with focus on service levels and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams to meet service expectations and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end shipment processing ensuring timely, accurate execution and compliance with Toll standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including ABF, AQIS, RACA, COR and customs requirements.
• Oversee operational and financial controls, monitor shipping line issues, and address revenue leakage and A/R matters.
• Support client onboarding and implementation, developing SOPs and information management with CRM teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify process efficiencies, and maintain accurate billing notes.
