Job summary

ProClinical is partnering with a global Medical Device organisation to hire a Global Market Access Manager based in Sydney, Australia. You will contribute to global reimbursement strategies and funding opportunities to support new product launches across international markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in market access in medical devices or pharma, strong payer insights, and proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams to drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in market access within pharma or medical device.
• At least 2 years in a global market access role.
• Degree in scientific discipline, health economics, public health or related field.
• Strong understanding of international reimbursement systems and payer environments.
• Experience conducting market access assessments or payer research.
• Experience supporting global product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead global market access initiatives to support launches and growth.
• Evaluate reimbursement pathways and funding opportunities internationally.
• Develop market access recommendations for new products.
• Translate payer insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
• Provide payer-facing value propositions and materials.
