Our client is a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation with an established Australian presence and a strong commitment to bringing innovative medicines to patients.
With a rapidly evolving pipeline and significant investment in future therapies, the organisation is strengthening its Market Access capability to ensure reimbursement strategy, evidence planning and commercial decision-making are integrated early in the development of future assets.
This is a key strategic leadership appointment within an established Reimbursement and Pricing function, combining Health Economics leadership, people development and senior business partnering.
Leading a small team of experienced Health Economics professionals, you'll shape reimbursement and pricing strategy across an exciting portfolio of emerging and established therapies. You'll work closely with Commercial, Medical and Market Access leaders to assess future opportunities, identify evidence requirements and help determine the strongest access strategies across multiple assets and indications.
You’ll retain strong technical involvement while translating complex HTA and reimbursement issues into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders. Longer term, the role provides opportunity to continue developing towards broader functional leadership.
Note this is a Melbourne-based role, with potential for relocation assistance and a period of transition to relocate.
Join an experienced and technically strong Market Access function where expertise is valued and leaders are expected to contribute beyond their functional remit. The culture is collaborative, intellectually curious and commercially focused, with an emphasis on developing people, challenging established thinking and translating technical expertise into better business and patient-access decisions.
