Job summary

Achilles in Melbourne, Australia, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Global IT Support team. You will diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software assets, while contributing to service improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

At least three years’ IT support experience.
Hands-on with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
Strong understanding of hardware, software and typical workplace tech.
Methodical troubleshooting and accurate support record-keeping.

Responsibilities

Install, configure and support hardware, software, OS, networks, printers, scanners, AV and CCTV.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks and IT services.
Respond to incidents and service requests via the IT Service Desk.
Provide high-quality local and remote IT support across regions.
Maintain service desk records with diagnostics and resolutions.
Administer user accounts across Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune.
Contribute IT expertise to projects and security-focused solutions.
Test new technologies and assist with rollouts and asset management.
