EIL Global is seeking experienced IT Support Engineers to provide on-call, freelance onsite support in Melbourne. We are a leading IT services provider delivering EUC, infrastructure, networking, and data centre support across APAC and EMEA, with headquarters in Adelaide.

The role requires desktop support, OS deployment, imaging, and basic network troubleshooting, with strong customer service and the ability to manage multiple onsite assignments independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or field services.
• Strong hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.
• Experience with operating system deployment, imaging, and break-fix support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple onsite assignments.

Responsabilités
