Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager Insights to lead a team of Analysts delivering market research, analytics and actionable insights to support outstanding student experiences and university performance. You will partner with faculties to translate data into meaningful recommendations and drive evidence-based decision making.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in complex environments.
Extensive experience delivering market research, analytics and insights projects.
Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Expertise in market research methodologies and analytical tools (Qualtrics, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Insights Analysts to deliver high-quality market research and insights.
Build stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice for strategic decisions.
Oversee the delivery of market research, analytics and insights projects from design through to implementation.
Drive innovation in research practices and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and operational excellence.
