Job summary

Sacyr Vallehermoso Participaciones Mobiliarias SL is seeking a Contract Administrator/Manager to join its Australian operations and support large infrastructure projects.

You will assist the Contract Manager with administration of superstructure and precast packages, manage subcontract correspondence, process progress claims, and help with forecasting and cost reporting in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' experience in contract administration or quantity surveying.
• Experience in structural concrete, precast, or major construction packages.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and commercial reporting systems.
• Experience on large infrastructure or building projects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contract Manager in the administration of Superstructure and Precast packages.
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
• Manage subcontract correspondence and contractual notices.
• Process progress claims, payment assessments, and cost reporting.
• Track variations, claims, and contract changes.
• Maintain contract registers and commercial records.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting.
• Support monthly reporting and project controls activities.
• Coordinate commercial matters with site and engineering teams.
