Job summary

Sacyr Vallehermoso Participaciones Mobiliarias SL is hiring a Contract Administrator to join our Australian operations. You will oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and commercial control across major infrastructure projects, with a focus on JV environments and cross-system reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in project controls, advanced Excel skills, and a strong grasp of budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls, cost management, or commercial administration.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in Joint Venture environments is highly desirable.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work across multiple management systems and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontract procurement and contract award processes.

• Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, commitments, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate reporting information between JV systems and Sacyr reporting requirements.
• Support implementation and training of Sacyr management and reporting systems.

• Experience working in Joint Venture environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and commercial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to work across multiple management systems and reporting platforms.
• Previous experience with Sacyr systems and processes would be highly advantageous.
