Job summary

Gridsight is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to drive 2–4 enterprise-scale deployments across Australia, coordinating cross-functional teams and acting as the primary Gridsight face to customers. You will manage end-to-end delivery from signing through go-live, ensuring value realization and a seamless handover to Customer Success.

• Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-grade projects end-to-end.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across Australia.
• Strong prioritisation and execution under tight timelines.
• Structured stakeholder management across project teams and executives.
• Technical fluency to learn and represent our platform and data stack.
• Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-growing startup.
• Energy, utilities, or grid domain exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each implementation is smooth and successful from signing to go-live and handover.
• Manage 2–4 implementations concurrently on different tracks.
• Coordinate a cross-functional team of Gridsight’s in-house SMEs (Data, Product, Engineering, Customer Success).
• Represent Gridsight to the customer and lead executive stakeholder updates.
• Improve templates, tooling and processes to make future implementations faster and smoother.
