Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager for our Global IM team in Sydney. You’ll own end-to-end client implementations, acting as the architect for initial success and translating HR and Payroll needs into Rippling solutions.

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product and CX to accelerate adoption, CSAT and time-to-value. The role demands multi-project management, clear communication, and resilience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation and customer success
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in autonomous environments
• Clear and actionable communication of complex information
• Resilient approach to challenges and documentation
• Experience with HRIS and Australian payroll desired (not essential)

Responsibilities

• Own the Journey: Partner 1:1 with customers to lead end-to-end implementations of our solutions
• Be the Expert: Translate complex technical features into intuitive Rippling solutions for customers
• Project Management: Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously and keep velocity toward go-live
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and CX teams to advocate for customers
• Navigate Complexity: Manage critical conversations and escalations to deepen partnerships
