Job summary

EPG Group is seeking a hands‑on leader to run global staffing operations and compliance. You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, and contractor lifecycle management across regions, leveraging the Xemplo platform to execute HR workflows with precision.

You will build foundational HR frameworks, uplift onboarding experiences, and ensure alignment with local laws and tax obligations. This role sits at the center of our governance efforts, partnering with legal, operations, and clients to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global contingent workforce compliance, HR, labour compliance, or employment law.
• Strong understanding of international labour laws, worker classification, statutory requirements, and tax obligations.
• Experience managing multi‑country workforce programs and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with EOR, AOR, TPP, and global models.
• Experience supporting audits, migrations and global implementations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global onboarding and offboarding across multiple countries.
• Manage global contingent workforce compliance and country matrices.
• Master the Xemplo platform and HR workflows end‑to‑end.
• Develop country HR workforce guides and contractual templates.
• Provide client and worker guidance to minimize compliance risk.
