Job summary

HPX Group via Source Governance is seeking an Enterprise Compliance Manager to deliver compliance services to clients across regulated sectors. This newly created, hands-on, client-facing role involves managing engagements, embedding compliance processes and ongoing monitoring within diverse industry contexts.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in compliance, governance or regulatory advisory within professional services, consulting or an in-house compliance function.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance, regulatory obligations, controls and monitoring programs.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical, commercially focused compliance solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear communication and sound judgement.
• Experience preparing governance papers, board reports and executive-level compliance reporting; exposure to boards or governance committees will be highly regarded.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, business, governance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualifications in compliance, governance or risk (or progress towards them) are highly regarded.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) platforms or compliance management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of compliance engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for clients across a range of regulated industries.
• Conduct compliance and risk assessments, identify gaps and develop practical remediation plans.
• Design, implement and enhance enterprise compliance frameworks, governance arrangements, controls and monitoring programs tailored to clients' regulatory obligations.
• Provide clear, commercially pragmatic advice to help clients meet their compliance obligations, including regulatory requirements relating to ESG reporting, SOCI obligations, ISO standards and regulatory disclosures.
• Prepare and maintain key compliance documentation, including policies and procedures, obligations registers, governance documentation, compliance reporting and board papers.
• Deliver compliance monitoring, control testing and thematic reviews, supporting continuous improvement and effective risk management.
• Support clients in managing compliance incidents, regulatory investigations and remediation activities where required.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen governance and foster a culture of compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Source's compliance methodologies, tools, templates and service offerings.
• Support business development activities, including proposals, presentations and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to share knowledge and deliver integrated client solutions.
• Assist with client onboarding, engagement planning and the successful delivery of multiple concurrent client engagements.

About The Role

About The Role

Source Governance is part of HPX Group, a rapidly growing professional services business providing exceptional legal, risk and compliance services. Source Governance specialises in customised high-quality outsourced company secretarial and governance.

This is a newly created role within Source's growing compliance practice. As Enterprise Compliance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for delivering compliance services to Source clients across a range of regulated sectors.

Working closely with practice leadership, you will manage client compliance engagements on a day-to-day basis - helping clients understand and meet their regulatory obligations, embedding compliance processes into their operations and providing ongoing monitoring and oversight. You will also contribute to internal practice development activities as the team grows.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to a compliance professional who is organised, pragmatic, and comfortable operating across different industry contexts.

Key Responsibilities
