Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Director of Growth to lead strategic capture efforts across Australia, New Zealand and the AUKUS community.

You will report to senior leadership, build a high-performing team, and drive initiatives to shape and capture complex programs in unmanned maritime systems. The role requires deep knowledge of defence procurement, cross-functional leadership, and a passion for maritime sovereignty.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth in defence or technology programs.
• Knowledge of Australian defence budgeting cycles and acquisition processes.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and contracts.
• Ability to obtain Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and strategic development across Australia and the Indo-Pacific region.
• Shape, develop and implement a strategy to capture a Program of Record, including key hires and team development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
