Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects in our Global Customer Fulfillment network across Australia. You will lead a team of contracted professionals, align internal and external resources, and drive on-time delivery within budget while optimizing schedules and standardizing processes across the network.

50% domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related field.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects.
• Lead a team of contracted support personnel and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement including PO/invoices.
• Interface with vendors and suppliers during project execution.
• Mobilize company resources and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure quality work.
• Monitor progress and milestones; adjust plans to meet go-live targets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance
