Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the execution of new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects in our Global Customer Fulfillment network.

You will lead a team of contracted support personnel and coordinate internal and external resources to launch new highly complex fulfillment centres, sort centres, and Delivery Stations across AU.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects across AU.
• Lead a team of contracted support personnel and coordinate internal/external resources to launch complex fulfillment centers, sort centers and Delivery Stations.
• Manage project budget, purchase orders and invoices; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Interface with vendors and suppliers during project execution and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor progress, milestones and conditions affecting cost or schedule; report to leadership.
