Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and change management for transportation system configurations across the AU network.
• Drive structured delivery across Network Design programs, including transportation time optimization and configuration centralization initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams.
• Maintain and communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the program portfolio.
• Support knowledge transfer to ensure continuity of critical network design programs.
