Job summary

Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate new build infrastructure and expansion/retrofit projects in the GCF network across Australia.

The role requires leading a team of contracted specialists and coordinating vendors to meet milestones, budget, and Go-Live targets, with 50% domestic travel. Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
• Experience using data/metrics to drive improvements and communicate results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of large build infrastructure, expansion and retrofit projects in AU.
• Lead project engineers and vendors, coordinating internal/external resources.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and adherence to Go-Live milestones.
• Interface with multiple functional teams to drive standardization and cost efficiency.
• Monitor progress and report milestones, risks, and financials to leadership.
