Job summary

pladis seeks a Global Finance Reporting Lead to oversee end-to-end financial operations across Godiva and Global Brands, driving standardized reporting, evaluating business cases, and coordinating planning from Net Sales to EBITDA. You will lead commercial finance processes, including innovation and pricing architecture, and provide product performance visibility.

Qualifications

• FP&A and Commercial Finance experience
• Qualified Accountant with 8+ years PQ experience
• Financial Accounting background with working capital and cash flow analysis
• High end analytical and interrogation skills
• Proven leadership with cross-functional relationships
• Robust financial analysis including planning and forecasting
• Excellent verbal and written communication of financial analysis
• Conscientious with attention to detail and broad perspective
• Ability to plan optimally and work independently
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Financial modelling and scenario evaluation
