Reo Recruitment seeks a Head of Commercial Finance to lead Group planning, forecasting and commercial partnering. Reporting to the CFO, you will own consolidated budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis to improve profitability amid transformation.

This senior role combines FP&A, commercial decision support, and people leadership, partnering with market leaders to provide insightful, actionable financial information.

Competenze

• Deep FP&A experience across budgeting, forecasting, consolidated management reporting and commercial analysis.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing or FMCG with strong costing and operational finance understanding.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner across a complex organisation.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals across locations or markets.
• Experience with TM1 (Cognos) is highly valued; familiarity with Power BI and ERP environments.
• Strong financial control knowledge including management and statutory reporting.

Mansioni

• Own and lead Group planning and forecasting framework including consolidated budgets and forecasts.
• Act as lead Commercial Finance partner across markets and functions with insight and recommendations.
• Partner with Operations on costs, costing, inventory, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Own quality of Group and Board reporting with relevant analysis for decision making.
• Develop scenario analysis, business cases and profitability modelling for investments and growth.
• Drive improvements in reporting, planning and processes for better market profitability insight.
• Maintain strong financial control ensuring budgets and forecasts reconcile to a solid foundation.
• Lead, coach and develop four direct reports across FP&A, finance and operations.
