Job summary

Glo-Bal is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the group finance function, overseeing reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial controls across a diverse portfolio of businesses. The role partners with the Group CFO and senior leaders to provide actionable financial insight for growth and governance.

Qualifications

Significant finance management experience in a multi-entity group or portfolio.
Strong experience in management reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Solid understanding of cash flow, working capital, balance sheet management and financial controls.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with finance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly reporting and consolidation process across the portfolio.
Oversee management accounts and reporting packs for senior management and the Board.
Analyse performance against budget and forecast, highlighting trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
Coordinate annual budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial plans.
Maintain balance sheet control, including reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
Drive improvements in the quality and efficiency of financial reporting.
Support acquisitions integration and finance systems improvements.
