Job summary

pladis, a fast-growing global biscuits and confectionery business, is seeking a finance leader to own end-to-end Supply Chain FP&A consolidation across UK&I sites and central functions. You will model, report and provide insight to support Capex and strategic investments, travelling to sites as needed and partnering with site finance and engineering teams.

You will coordinate month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and ensure accurate statutory reporting from a Supply Chain finance

Qualifications

• Qualified or studying towards CIMA, ACA or ACCA or equivalent experience.
• Proven communication and teamwork ability with gravitas to build cross-functional relationships.
• Desire to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
• Robust financial analysis including planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore reporting team relationships and support training requirements.
• Provide monthly performance insight with site cost-base analysis and cost-base bridging.
• Drive Manufacturing & Logistics financial performance and productivity.
• Lead Capex reporting, forecasting and budgeting for UK&I regions.
