Job summary

Pladis Global is seeking a Global Finance Reporting Lead to oversee end-to-end financial operations for Godiva and Global Brands. You will drive planning, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership, ensuring accurate insights into profitability and cash flow across regions.

The role requires strong FP&A and leadership capabilities, with expertise in finance systems, consolidation, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Essential FP&A and commercial finance experience.
• Qualified accountant with professional designation (CA/CPA).
• Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for global brands including Godiva.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across regions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decision making.
• Prepare monthly regional and consolidated financial reports for leadership.
• Monitor spend, recharge to regions, and manage HQ cost centers.
• Provide insights on performance, profitability and cash flow.
