The University of Queensland is seeking a dedicated professional to support students participating in semester exchanges and short-term global experiences. This role focuses on providing high-quality guidance on eligibility, applications, and progression, ensuring a smooth student journey.

You will coordinate semester exchanges, maintain program records, and build strong partnerships with academic and professional colleagues, providers and institutional partners to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential: Undergraduate degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering responsive, customer-focused services and providing clear advice and support to students or other diverse client groups.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage competing priorities, deadlines and complex processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality end-to-end support to students participating in global experiences, including guidance on eligibility, applications, processes and progression of applications.
• Coordinate semester exchanges and short-term programs, building relationships with academic, professional colleagues, providers and institutional partners.
• Maintain accurate student and program information across enterprise systems and digital channels, monitor participation and support reporting.
• Develop engaging communications, website and social media content, and deliver information sessions and promotional activities to raise awareness and participation.
