Job summary

IMDEX seeks an experienced Business Analyst - Enterprise Systems to partner with stakeholders across our global operations and optimise systems, processes and technologies that support our business. You will drive efficiency, automation and better outcomes by working with Pronto ERP, Salesforce CRM, SharePoint and SuccessFactors.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Systems & IT Operations, you will lead requirements, map processes and ensure system improvements align with business needs and data

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience working across ERP, CRM, HRIS and collaboration platforms.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint and SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization and automation.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and translate needs into functional specs.
• Map current and future-state processes to standardize and improve ways of working.
• Support enhancement and delivery of enterprise systems including Pronto, Salesforce, SharePoint and SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
• Support data integrity, reporting and governance initiatives.
