Job summary

Schoolbox Pty Ltd. is seeking an organised events professional to join the Marketing team. You will plan and deliver in-person and virtual events across Australia and internationally, including Schoolbox Meetup and customer conferences.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate plans, suppliers, budgets and attendee experiences, ensuring smooth execution for educators, school leaders and ICT directors within the Schoolbox community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events and coordinating logistics, suppliers, or purchasing.
• Understanding of education audiences, or interest in education events.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event plans, schedules, registrations and attendee arrangements.
• Work with venues, organisers, speakers and suppliers to align requirements.
• Organise logistics including shipping, equipment, materials and stock.
• Track costs, quotes, purchase orders and invoices against budgets.
• Coordinate staffing and on-site or virtual delivery.
