About the role

You’ll join our Marketing team to help plan and deliver in-person and virtual events across Australia and internationally, including Schoolbox Meetup, our customer conference.

  • Work with internal teams, venues, event organisers, speakers and multiple suppliers to align requirements and confirm arrangements.

  • Organise event logistics, including shipping, deliveries, equipment, branded materials, merchandise orders and stock.

  • Coordinate supplier quotes, purchase orders and invoices, and track event costs against agreed budgets.

  • Coordinate staffing, event schedules and on-site or virtual delivery, anticipating issues and helping resolve changes.

About you

You’re highly organised and structured in how you work. You take pride in keeping every detail and commitment covered, using clear plans, checklists and tracking to keep things moving. You keep people informed, confirm what has been agreed and follow up in a friendly, collaborative way so responsibilities and deadlines stay clear.

You’ll bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks, people and deadlines with reliable follow-through.

  • Relevant experience in event delivery, logistics, supplier coordination or purchasing, or a clear interest in developing across these areas supported by examples of your engagement with events.
