Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney seeks a Market Risk Data Delivery Lead to partner with Market Risk stakeholders, define the data delivery roadmap and oversee a two-person data analytics team. You will translate regulatory and business requirements into data and transformation work, aligning with data architecture and risk management frameworks to drive value across risk programs.

Qualifications

Experience in a Data Delivery Lead, Senior Data Analyst or similar role with financial risk management.
Familiarity with Market Risk, trading and risk data, and regulatory reporting processes.
Technical experience for large volume data analysis and validation.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small data team; provide delivery oversight and capability uplift.
Translate business requirements into data and transformation deliverables.
Define data pipelines and ensure delivery aligns with architecture and data management standards.
