Macquarie Group is seeking a Data Product Analyst to support delivery and ongoing enhancements of people data products. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, support testing, and help ensure products are well governed and adopted by users.

You will work with stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility and insights, contributing to reliable data solutions that drive workforce decisions in a global financial services firm.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in business/data/product analysis or similar analytics role.
• Experience with relational data, SQL and reporting/visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of testing practices and data quality management.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy within a data-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and ongoing enhancement of people data products.
