Job summary

NiCE is seeking an International Consulting Manager based in Australia to lead large-scale CX and transformation engagements. You will drive AI-led value realisation, support sovereign cloud considerations, and ensure adoption across people, processes, and technology with governance and ROI focus.

You will manage cross-functional consulting teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and align regional priorities with global VRS practices while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in consulting, CX, or contact centre transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in CX transformation and business outcome delivery.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and digital technologies.
• Experience working within sovereign cloud or regulated environments (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement.
• Experience in change management and adoption at scale.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in global, matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage VRS consulting teams with high-quality delivery.
• Own end-to-end consulting engagements across CX, AI, and transformation.
• Act as senior escalation point to resolve delivery challenges.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Drive value realisation by defining and tracking outcomes and ROI.
• Design and implement change strategies across people, process, and tech.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and delivery cadence.
• Align with global VRS practice, product, and customer priorities.
• Drive adoption and optimisation of NiCE solutions; provide thought leadership.
