Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Creator & Influencer Partnerships Manager to build a global creator pipeline, sign deals, and activate collaborations that drive measurable traffic. You will manage multiple creators across markets, maintain data in CRM systems, and negotiate diverse terms while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

You will write concise briefs, track performance, and leverage AI tools to speed sourcing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer, creator or talent partnerships with a track record activating creators at volume and internationally.
• Named examples of collaborations with measurable outcomes (reach, engagement, traffic, sign-ups or sales).
• Confidence negotiating rates and rights, including saying no.
• Excellent organization; manage many creators across time zones with overlapping deadlines.
• Familiarity with tracked links, UTMs and proving traffic from creators.
• Strong written English; outreach is the brand's first impression.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a live creator roster across wedding, travel, luxury, fashion and lifestyle, segmented by market and engagement.
• Use Zoho CRM and GoHighLevel to keep data clean for campaign scalability.
• Negotiate and structure collaborations (gifted, flat fee, affiliate, revenue share, ambassador).
• Write briefs with clear ideas, hooks, deliverables and deadlines.
• Chase deliverables, manage revisions and multi-time-zone collaborations.
• Coordinate creator activity with launches, events and partner campaigns for amplified content.
