One Daydream is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to own a portfolio of influencers and creators, guiding their brand partnerships and content strategies for optimal campaign impact.

You will collaborate with talent and brands to craft authentic, strategic partnerships, while driving growth and ensuring campaigns land on brief and on brief. This role blends relationship building with commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in talent management, influencer marketing, media, or a related creative field.
• Demonstrated experience managing talent portfolios and delivering branded content campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of influencers and creators, advising direction, brand alignment and growth.
• Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners to identify opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, provide content direction and coordinate workflows with stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accountability across deliverables.
