Job summary

Tag Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Business Director to set expectations for client account engagement and service delivery across multiple service lines. You will establish best practices, empower operations teams, and drive superior service while aligning with client objectives.

The role emphasizes client engagement, operational excellence, continuous improvement and team development, with accountability for goals, success metrics, and strong client relationships at the operational level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years managing people in a national or global customer service environment.
• Minimum 8 years business disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years managing key Account teams globally/locally.
• Minimum 2 years responsibility for profit and loss in a large organization.
• Proven record developing strategic solutions resolving contract issues.
• Growth in volume, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Excellent client service with a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a single client account or a portfolio of accounts
• Drive the quality of service delivery across the organization
• Implement strategies to improve and standardize client operations
• Execute changes to organizational design and teams to optimize activity
• Ensure operational controls and reporting requirements are fulfilled
• Foster senior client relationships and drive operational excellence
• Manage Account P&L and budgets to ensure profitability
• Create and execute client account plans
• Maintain continuous communication with client services
• Lead staff development and performance management
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated by the client and report significant issues to MD
• Understand all clients' business impact
• Present regular business updates to internal and client leadership
• Manage staff recruitment, development, retention and performance
