Job summary

Capgemini seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead service delivery across complex engagements. You will own Managed Services delivery, manage SLAs/KPIs, forecast finances, and drive governance with regular reporting. Strengthen client relationships, act as escalation point, and pursue growth through delivery excellence and AI-driven solutions.

You will operate in a hybrid environment with a focus on automation and continuous improvement across ADM lifecycle and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

4–10 years of experience in Service Delivery Management or equivalent.
Strong ITIL knowledge and service management discipline.
Proven track record delivering services against SLAs and KPIs.
Solid financial acumen with forecasting, actuals and invoicing experience.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee Managed Services delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and commitments are met.
Lead end-to-end financial management including forecasting and invoicing.
Drive governance activities and regular reporting with risk mitigation.
Strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and serve as primary escalation point.
Identify growth opportunities through delivery excellence and value-driven engagement.
