Job summary

OneSchool Global is seeking a Global CAFM Administrator based in Sydney to join the Infrastructure Delivery & Facilities Management Team. You will manage and optimise the CAFM platform, coordinate maintenance schedules across 120+ campuses and deliver dashboards and insights for decision-making.

The role requires experience with CAFM/CMMS, data management, and strong communication across regions. A global, onsite position offers exposure to a wide network and ongoing improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a CAFM, CMMS or similar facilities management system.
• Comfortable working with asset data, maintenance schedules and reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to a wide range of users.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain OneSchool Global's CAFM platform.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across the global network.
• Maintain asset registers and ensure data integrity.
• Develop system reporting, dashboards and performance insights.
• Support system implementation, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training and support to users across multiple regions.
• Work closely with facilities teams, vendors and key stakeholders to maximise system effectiveness.
• Uphold and model OneSchool Global's values and ethos.
