Responsibilities

• Leads development and tracking of UOGA projects and events aligned with Global Strategy.
• Serves as a key contact for stakeholders, managing communications and urgent requests.
• Provides high-level executive project support with discretion and initiative.
• Oversees project plans, schedules, risk management, and governance compliance.
• Monitors time, cost, and quality to meet baselined targets.
• Coordinates international visits and meetings with briefings and item tracking.
