Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications combined with extensive practical experience.
• End-to-end project management experience, including development of project plans and key documentation.
• Higher education sector knowledge and understanding of global education context.
• Superior written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong collaborative skills across all organizational levels.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage competing deadlines independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and tracking of UOGA projects, initiatives, and events aligned with key University Global Strategy workstreams.
• Acts as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and triaging urgent requests.
• Provides high-level executive project support to UOGA leadership with discretion and initiative.
• Oversees the creation of project plans, schedules, risk management strategies, and governance compliance.
• Monitors time, cost, and quality metrics to ensure project deliverables meet baseline targets.
• Coordinates high-level international visits and meetings, preparing programmes, briefing notes, and tracking action items.
