  • Provides high-level executive project support to UOGA leadership with discretion, confidentiality, and initiative.
  • Oversees the creation of project plans, schedules, risk management strategies, and UNSW governance compliance.
  • Monitors time, cost, and quality metrics to ensure project deliverables meet approved baseline targets.
  • Coordinates high-level international visits and meetings, preparing programmes, briefing notes, and tracking action items.

About You

  • Proven end-to-end project management experience, including the development of project plans, objectives, and key documentation.
  • Higher education sector knowledge alongside a sound understanding of global education context and trends.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.

  • Scope and plan projects, translating business needs into clear outcomes, deliverables and measures of success.
  • Establish project plans, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and reporting requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality.
  • Keep sponsors and stakeholders informed through clear reporting, advice and timely escalation of issues.
  • Lead change and implementation activities to embed new services, systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners to navigate priorities and drive outcomes.
