Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Project Manager in the University Office of Global Affairs to drive the Global Strategy. You will work across divisions to establish efficient systems, manage HubSpot, databases, stakeholder engagements, and reporting.

This autonomous role suits an agile self-starter who can optimise processes and create workflows from scratch, with minimal supervision and adaptability to shifting priorities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications with extensive practical experience.
• End-to-end project management experience with project plans and governance.
• Knowledge of higher education and global education context.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build cross-organizational relationships.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and tracking of UOGA projects, initiatives, and events per Global Strategy.
• Acts as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders and triages requests.
• Provides high-level executive project support with discretion and initiative.
• Oversees creation of project plans, schedules, risks, and governance compliance.
• Monitors time, cost, and quality to meet baseline targets.
• Coordinates international visits and meetings, prepares programmes and briefing notes.
