Job summary

Wenco is hiring two Global Services Specialist – Applications (OA) to join our Services Team. The role supports customers and partners globally to ensure correct implementation and usage of Wenco Open Autonomy solutions, analyzes data, and develops proposals to better meet end users’ business needs.

The Specialist will work on a rotating 12-hour shift roster. The role involves collaboration with Product Management, Development, and Regional Support to ensure solutions function correctly and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in engineering, computer science, mining, or technology sector.
• Experience implementing and supporting mining FMS and autonomous haulage solutions (Open Autonomy a plus).
• Experience with IT systems, software and data basics is a plus.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and remote access support for existing customers and partners.
• Provide input on new opportunities and projects to Sales/Marketing.
• Record/document all client issues through to resolution using Wenco’s issue-tracking system.
• Review and contribute to product documentation and test cases.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing with engineers and support teams.
